We offer both local and international shipping to make our products accessible worldwide.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping (UK): 3-5 working days.
Express Shipping: 1-2 working days.
International Shipping: 7-14 working days depending on the location.

• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.
• Wholesale Orders: Larger wholesale orders may require additional processing time.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

To qualify for a refund:

• The product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• The hair must not be altered, washed, or installed
